Hi all,

We have an issue in irecruitment workflow (HRSSA). We are using AME to approve the created requisitions and Offers. A Requisition was created and sent for approval. Actually one of the approver was terminated and HRSSA workflow got stuck, when it sent a notification to this terminated approver. For terminated approver, vacation rule was setup so that all the notifications will be routed to new approver.

the following error occurred in activity 'update approve action of approver' : "Approver is invalid, Please delete or replace this approver wherever they occur in AME data, including approval groups, list-modification conditions, and substitution actions. The approver does not have valid entry in wf_roles"

As this error has occured, one of the user has retried the activity 'update approve action of approver' multiple time (4 -6 times) and later rewinded the workflow. As he rewined the workflow, it started from begining and it got stuck at " Generic Approval Process Block'. It is not moving forward even if we retried it.

I need to move the workflow forward and complete the workflow.

The given error is valid as the approver was terminated, so we have removed the approver and replaced him with valid approver.Even I have updated the attributes of that activity status to completed but still its not moving forward.

Can you please help me, as these stuck requisitions were in PROD instance and I need to solve it soon.
