IR Report showing image issue

Hi Everyone,

I have attached two applications:

  1. MAGNIFIC_IMAGE (f230959 - ir report.sql) – a working example I downloaded online.
  2. f75066 - not working.sql – my attempt to achieve the same functionality in APEX 23.1.

I am trying to replicate the image popup functionality from the working app in my report. I created a page item and mapped it similarly. I also tried creating a form to use the table and upload a BLOB column, but I keep getting the same error.

Could someone please explain what might be missing or misconfigured in my application? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
