IR, alternate row colors and highliting current row during mouse hovering

Hello,

i have managed to achieve this behaviour in a Report by modifying Standard, Alternate Row Colors Template but i can't figure out how to do it in an IR. I have read some of older posts about this or similar matters but still can't figure out how to do it. Any help will be appreciated.
