Iplanet 6.0 SP2 slow server response after couple of days !!!!

I have one application running on Iplanet Web Server 6.0 SP2, The application runs fine, but after few days, it just responds very very slow, or sometime not at all.

The logs also do not show any reasons for this.

The only way out is once I restart the web server then the application runs fine again.

Can anyone help me out in this?
