Hoping someone has an answer to this or has ran into the same problem and was able to resolve/find an answer for it.
Disclosure: I'm not an app or DBA admin so not fluent in that language.
We have two Solaris 11.3 kernel zones running in a RAC configuration. The global zones are exactly the same in hardware and configuration.
Just this morning, the DBA reported seeing IPC errors when he checked the Oracle logs. This is the error:
IPC Send timeout detected. Sender: ospid 1483
Oracle document ID 2281663.1 states that is is a bug and they provided the bug number: 25393361.
The solution in the document states to apply a fix. My questions is, what is the fix? They didn't provide link/information on how to fix the bug.
I'm hoping someone can point me to where the fix is based on the information provided in the bug reported.
