Ipaq serial comm

I need help!!! Im trying to access the comm port on my ipaq 3800 series. Im running Jeode's JVM and already have a port reader written, which works fine on my Desktop running windows 2000. I downloaded the winCEdriver and commAPI from www.TEILO.com and followed all the directions(set the proper class path,commapi.dll in \windows, etc....), but I keep getting the error:

"Error loading SolarisSerial: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: SolarisSerialParallel.dll; library not found. Caught java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: readRegistrySerail while loading driver com.sun.comm.SolarisDriver"

Im pulling my hair out here trying to figure out what the problem could be!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
