IP Address when Hostname is checked

I have six servers in my environment.
within Grid Control they all appear under hosts however when i click on the hostname I see that some show the host as IP address 192.168.*.* whereas others appear as 10.*.*.*

All our servers have IP address' on both the 10 and 192 network but why do some appear to show their hostnames as 10 wheeras other pickup the 192?

Can someone please explain this to me?
