Invoking a BPEL proces from email

Hi!

I used matt wrights blog ( http://blogs.oracle.com/matt/2006/03/10#a26 ) about using email to start a BPEL process. Now, after some tweaking I got it to work. Next step was continuing on this; I want to an email sent from a HTML form using formmail to activitate BPEL. I my opinion, nothing changes: BPEL checks the emailaccount and when a mail arrives, BPEL notices this on checking and starts an instance. Now I have a weird case: When sending a manual mail from outlook, a BPEL instance is started, when sending a mail from my html-form (to exactly the same address), I can see the mail arriving in my mailserver, see it disappear (by BPEL checking the address), but no instance is started....

Does anyone have an idea about why? And more importantly, how do I fix this and do start an instance from mail sent by formmail??
