Invoke IntroJS from Help link in Desktop Navigation Bar

I followed below link to use IntroJS in APEX application. Instead of showing Help button in breadcrumb as stated in the article, I want to show Help link on Desktop Navigation Bar.

I set URL target to Help link as javascript:introJs().setOptions({ ''nextLabel'': ''Next'', ''prevLabel'': ''Back'', ''skipLabel'': ''Skip'', ''doneLabel'': ''Done'' }).start();return false;

When I click the help, I'm seeing Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier in the Developer Toolbar console.

Please advise.
