invoke a bpel webservice from plsql code

dear

i have created a BPEL web-service and have deployed the project and have the WSDL link using jdeveloper 12c and i have run it in the web-logic test web service section and all is fine

i have please 2 questions and highly appreciate your assistance

1- what exactly do i need to look in the WSDL file or the WSDL xml structure in order to call it from the DB suing UTL_HTTP package, is there something i need to covert the WSDL to XML or this already exists in JDEVLOPER212c wsdl xml structure.i saw on some discuuuins talks bot soap envelope?

2- what is the way to invoke the bpel webservice from plsql, i saw example on utl_http but i need to know the answer of question one so as i can proceed
