InvalidSecurity : error in processing the WS-Security security header in SOA Workflow in OIM11gR2-PS

Hello Expert,

I have raised Application Instance request for manager approval. Once manager approved the request its showing completed in EM console and in CallbackService_2 its showing faulted (request failed) and Application Instance not assigned to end user.  This workflow is single Level approval (BeneficaryManagerApproval). Please help me for this issue.
