username and password are correct

Actual Result:

X-Request-Id / Cerner-Correlation-Id / opc-request-id: idk

I am trying to sign-in with code console. it was working a few days ago, I have not changed anything, just switched to auth via JS instead of python. Now when i use the username and password “portal” for my app, sign-in doesn't work. It says “Invalid Username and/or Password. Please try again.” I even reverted to my python app to try and that doesn't work so don't know what to change on my end.

Is there any issue I am not aware of?

Another question, is that I don't have a PowerChart license or access to one (independent developer). I want to test my app and see how it shows up in PowerChart after I write data to the EHR. How can I do this?
