"Invalid Property value was specified, insert failed" in lookup code. Form Designer

Hello, i'm trying to add a lookup code in the property from one of my fields in design console. OIM 11g R1 i think.

The lookup exists, but when i add it to the property of the field it keeps telling me "Invalid Property value was specified, insert failed, why is this happening?

Any help?

PS: The name of the lookup code has captions, ex: Lookup.NAME.AD.Countries. I dont know if this could be the error but i dont think so.
