Invalid Member Exception when trying to import data into Hyperion planning through .CSV file

When trying to import data into the Hyperion Planning application through .CSV file, it says Invalid Member Exception: The members does not exist for the specified plan type or you do not have access to it. Though I mentioned the correct plan type and members. The import is successful through .TXT but when the same is used for .CSV it throws the error. What will be the solution?
