invalid max heap size -Xmx

am getting error
invalid max heap size -Xmx
could not create java virtual machine

I am using JDK 1.5.0 and Jcreator LE And database is MSACCESS contain 1600 records

what amount of memory is required for JVM ?

What is min heap size and max heap size ?
