Invalid Login Credentials error message after version upgrade

Dear Sergio,
I moved and upgraded my application and required database objects to another database.The application is installed successfully.But one of the users gets an invalid login message at the login page Invalid Login Credentials . Other user's accounts have been upgraded without any problems and users are working without this error message.

Could you be able to get me any recommendations how to fix this problem?

Current htmldb version is 2.0.0.00.49
I moved the database from Linux 10.1 Oracle DB + OAS 9.x to HP Itanium 10.1 DB + Apache.
