Invalid Login Credentials after unsuccessful sign in using social sign in

I am getting “Invalid Login Credentials” after a unsuccessful sign in using social sign in like g-mail or Linkedin

https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/r/pkpanda/social/login

login using user id and password as DEMO/Demotest01
sign out
Click on Google and choose an account if your profile is stored then go to the next page “Sign in to oracle.com” → click Cancel
login using user id and password as DEMO/Demotest01
you will receive the above error

This looks like an apex bug.
