invalid identifier error

I recently started receiving the following error on an IG page:

ora_sqlerrm: ORA-00904: "D"."ASSIGNMENT_TYPE": invalid identifier

The complete error message is much longer but I think this is the key point. However, I don't know what to make of it or why it started happening now.
