Invalid Function

Hey everyone, I'm attempting to run a function in a calculation. It returns a flag of either 0 or 1 depending on the outcome of the function. I've tested this function thousands of times and it works fine, however, even after I registered it with the EUL, I keep getting Invalid Function when I attempt to use it in a workbook. Any ideas?
