Invalid Domains File Name

CaptainPackersMar 29 2017 — edited Mar 31 2017

Every time I try to add a new domain, I get an popup Error dialogue box that says 'Invalid Domains File Name. defaultdomains assumed.

This is version x.x.x.x. on Ubuntu 16.04.

I have set the the Data Modeler Default System Types Directory in the preferences to a directory in my home directory and this file is being updated.

I have removed the defaultdomains file from the /opt... installation directory. Could that be the problem?

Why can't you move the file out of the program directory?

I find the whole domain file management terribly confusing (not domain management - I've figured that out).

I'd like to move the file, create custom domain files, and not get error messages.

And I can't find any good documentation on this aspect of the modeler.
