This is on ORDS 24.1
I have followed the following MOS note to implement first-party authentication for our HTTPS ORDS Web services.

I can see the following screen, but the Invalid Credential error persists despite entering the correct username/password.
I also tried creating multiple ORDS user accounts, but the error still persists even when the password is correct.
Any idea why this is happening?
