Invalid client

I successfully created an application using the Oracle Health Code Console (https://code-console.cerner.com/) and I am able to obtain an access token using Basic Authentication. Here are the details.

Application ID - 06aacefe-37f2-4618-99ab-043e11e10063
Client ID - d9a450ee-e19a-4191-931b-d47a142a6103
Token URL - https://authorization.cerner.com/tenants/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/hosts/fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/protocols/oauth2/profiles/smart-v1/token

Now, we want to test this in our TEST environment. We got a Cerner Care account.

Account Id - b17155a5-63c7-4fcf-ada9-3370b316875f
Token URL - https://authorization.cerner.com/tenants/18e2a633-01c5-4321-8c52-c9a2c7e6c2e0/hosts/fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/protocols/oauth2/profiles/smart-v1/token

But we are getting invalid client error. We are using the Account Id and Secret Key from the Cerner Care account.

Correlation ID - a1040dbb-9f69-4a6a-b7b9-df7b3bed5519
