Invalid certificates for wget

Hello!

We are downloading patches using pca, but that stopped working some days ago. Trying to download the patches manually gives me this:
# wget https://getupdates2.sun.com/all_unsigned/119900-09.zip

Is there a problem with my certificate chain? This happens on all Solaris machines we have.
