Invalid certificate path error

I using a java package which Im trying to compile but I getti.ng the above certificate error. I re-install the Java virtual machine in just in case but the error continues

I also want ti to add to the eclipse IDE tool (Version: 2019-06 (4.12.0)) , the SAP HANA software (https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/2019-06 ) to the eclipse tool but I'm Getting the same error. see below

Unable to read repository at https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/2019-06/content.xml.

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
