Internet Explorer is not responding after kill session from oracle Form

Hi All,

i have problem using kill session.

The point is
1.The application can not be opened 2 time using same user.

So, what i did is when same user try to login at second time, i will kill the prev. session.

The problem is when i close the application form applet and refresh(press F5 button) the IE(interet Explorer) using same url to connect to application form, the IE is not responding.

So i have to go to task manager and close the IE and re-open the IE again and i can see the Login Form.

so my question
1. is there any relation that problem with kill session ? so i have to close IE to login at second time ?
2. How to solve it ?
