Internet Browser Crashes

Hi all,
 
In the client side, once I open the browser on the Forms Application URL, the browser automatically closes or crashes. This happens only on one client PC. 
When I tried to use FireFox browser, it crashes as well. I tested it with Opera, it didn't crash, but the page is displaying a blank applet area with the message "applet not found". 
How can I fix this?

Application developed using Oracle Forms 10g R2 for Windows
run on Oracle 10g AS Release 2 for Windows 2003 server
