Internal server error

Hi,

I have an application whch runs a form. When the user click on the button "Apply changes" sometimes there is an error message "Error : internal server error".

From what that comes ? How to diagnose more precisely the problem ? I could not see any debug messages for this error.

I am running APEX 20.1.
