Internal mail routing routed to tcp_local

807574Jun 12 2002 — edited Feb 20 2020
hi,

Have setup one SMTP server for my users.
Have also setup tcp_local to use smart host to route internet mails.

Am experiencing that all internal mails bound sent by my users for other internal users are routed to tcp_local channel.

ie.
User1@siroe.com sends mail to user2@siroe.com using SMTP server. The mail is channeled to tcp_local channel instead of tcp_intranet on the smtp server.

somehow, the smtp server is not able to recognise my domain siroe.com as internal host and channel it to tcp_intranet.

pls advice.

thank you.
