Intermittent ORA-03114 Not Connected to Oracle

I just added a third Firewall Policy ADFW and am modifying tnsnames.ora to point to the Firewall. Proxy Mode configuration, AVDF 12.2.0.3

One of the servers redirected is an admin server which automatically calls jobs to process incoming and outgoing files, 300 – 400 daily.

About 6 jobs failed part way through with an ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

I’m not finding any errors in the secured target database alert log or the listener log.

Could this be an issue with the Audit Vault or Database Firewall?

Where else can I be looking for clues?
