This is happening for some users(others are fine). They get this error 3 or 4 times, and then it launches.
They are using following java version:
The java cache is in the following location, and it does not match the location of the error message:
C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0
Another observation is that even after they successfully launch, the application does not show up in the Java Cache viewer. For the users that works fine, once the application is launched once successfully, the application name shows up in the Java Cache Viewer.
Any thoughts?
