Interactive Report Vertical Scrollbar

Could anyone please help,

Firstly, I would like to know if it's possible to apply/use a vertical scrollbar in an Interactive Report? The user wishes to scroll through the report results, instead of having to use the report pagination.

Seondly, if it is possible, what steps do I need to take?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
