Interactive report - Primary vs alternative default

APEX 4.0.2 on Oracle 11.1

In the APEX Builder, I created 1 Primary Report and 2 Alternative Default reports.

I switch to Alternative #1 and close the browser, open a new session and it still pulls up Alternative #1. If I close the browser when I am on Primary, it opens that up the next session. Basically, it seems to be caching the last report view as a user-parameter.

Is this configurable? Is there a way to always it default to the Primary report?
