BUG : Interactive Report (IR) region not refreshed after closing the modal dialog

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.7 I have an Interactive report on a form on p. 9, which opens a modal dialog p.10 for adding or deleting a document. The IG is not refreshed after closing the modal dialog.

I have a DA on the form p.9 “Dialog closed” which Regenerate the region. But the region is no regenerated when I Add a document or delete a document.
