Interactive Report in Fixed-size Region

Does anyone know if it's possible to set the height of an interactive report region to a specific value?

Our customer really likes the interactive report feature of APEX. So do I, but I really hate how it changes the vertical size of the region if your query returns less rows that the max rows set in pagination.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
