Interactive Report, how can I force entry of filter criteria

Hello

Environment :

Oracle 12.1

APEX 18.1

Windows7

Using an Interactive Report, how can I force entry of filter criteria when the Go button is pressed.

With no filter criteria the IR results could be very large so I would like to start the page with an empty IR.

Can anybody help with this query?
