interactive report: hide highlight criteria from user

Hi all,
I have an Interactive Report with a predefined highlight criteria so whenever the user clicks on one of the rows it is highlighted.
I've changed the column that I use for the highlight to be hidden, so the user will not see it,
but I still have a problem - the highlight criteria is displayed above the interactive report table, under the search bar.

Is there a way to hide the highlight criteria, so the user will not be able to see it at all?
