Interactive Report, Apex 4.0 Compute Column as Percent

Just a question. How can we format a column to have a trailing % sign in an interactive report? Tobias posted earlier this week a way to handle this in standard (SQL Reports)..

I would like to do it with a standard column, but right now I am just computing the % column versus having a column built in the query.

Apex 4.0, running under IE 7 (Yea I know.. Its what the client supports right now..)
