Interactive Grid - ROW_SELECTOR select-all by default

Hi Experts,

I am using APEX 5.1.0.00.45. I have created an Interactive Grid report for one of my requirement. I have also added an ROW_SELECTOR to it.

Now my requirement is to make this ROW_SELECTOR in IG as Select-All by default when user lands to this page. Can this be achieved using Dynamic Action or is there any custom jQuery function to achieve this.
