Interactive Grid not refreshing correctly if region is initially hidden

I'm suing apex 5.1, universal theme and 11g DB.

I have a screen below and it works ok but depending on the value of "Type" select list the IG region might be hiddent.

Example if Type = "None" then the IG should be hidden.

My issue now is if "Type" is initially set to "None", IG is hidden and when change it "Other Taxables" the IG is displayed but is not refreshing correctly (see below).

If "Type" is set to "Other taxable" and you chance it back and forth its ok.

The issue seems if the initial screen display does not include the IG it will not refresh accordingly.

As a workaround, is there a way for me to hide the IG after all the items have been displayed on the screen?
