Recently upgraded to APEX 22 and converted some legacy tabular forms to interactive grids.
Some of the interactive grids that are on modal dialogs do not display more than 50 rows. I've looked at the following posts already:

I've tried all suggestions, including setting pagination to page, fixing the heading to the region, and setting rows per page to the max but none of them work.
The one common thread with the grids that don't display more than 50 on a modal is that they also have a form region on them as well. However, if I suppress the form region then the issue still persists.
We urgently need to get this fixed as it is preventing users from doing their work. I am concerned if there is no fix for this issue that I will be faced with a large re-write effort to avoid using the modal.
