Interactive grid issue when using "Allowed Row Operations Column" condition

i have four column in interactive grid in that i want

  1. fourth column is always editable

  2. first three column editable base on condition.

in that 2 point is working using "Allowed Row Operations Column" See in below image.

How to make fourth column is always editable ?
