Interactive Grid Height and Width customization according to data

I have a column name Guideline in my interactive grid as shown in image there are data in my guideline column shown in image

and the field guide line is display only as seen in image the data marked with black square box are displayed in single Line (for eg 1.asdsadsa,2.sadsadsa etc.)

And

I want to arrange data in manner like (For eg 1.sdfdsf

                                                                      2.sdfdsfdsf

                                                                            3.sdsa   etc.)

can anyone help
