Interactive Grid: Column Filter disappears for columns having value in Cascading LOV Parent Column(s

Hello,

I am facing a similar issue reported by User 1415513 on Feb 26, 2019. https://community.oracle.com/thread/4203437

Is it possible to have a dependent column with value in Cascading LOV Parent Column(s) and show all possible values in column header filter dialog? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Refer below example where-in I created IG showing Star EMP for every Dept. In there D-Name is LOV from DEPT table and Star EMP is again LOV showing only those EE that belongs to selected D-Name. And when I click on Star EMP header, it is blank and no filter values were displayed.
