Interactive Grid bug with translated app: Ajax call returned server error ORA-01403

Hello,

probably I'm facing a bug in the Interactive Grid, Apex 5.1. We have an app translated into 2 languages(English and Russian). The orginal german app works properly but in interactive grids of translated apps we are getting "Ajax call returned server error ORA-01403" if we try to open sorting/search dialog by clicking on any Column header of IG:

Additionaly it looks like a IG sorting in the translated apps doesn't work as well.
