Interactive Grid as Modal Dialog unusable?

When I make an scrollable interactive grid an change the page from normal to a modal dialog, it "white's" out and don't show all the rows.

I have made an example of the problem https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=108926

The IG should show 200 rows.

This makes an IG as Modal Dialog unusable.

Any advice?
