Interactive Grid - adding Rows with Default Values

Maybe this is answered but I couldn't find any answers to the two questions I found regarding this issue. I am trying to add a default value to the new row in interactive grid by setting static value to 10 which is Accounting. When I add row it displays 10 for the return value and later when I save it, it will show up properly. My expectation is it shows "Accounting" immediately.
