Intel PRO/10GbE Server Adapter

I have Intel PRO/10GbE SR Server Adapter installed in dual CPU AMD opteron server with solaris 10 x86.
The output of the scanpci is Intel Corporation PRO/10GbE LR Server Adapter.
The problem is in the MAC address. I can't ping from the server. The mac address is the same as broadcast. Please see the output of the dmesg below.
