Intel c620 chipset Xeon D2166NT GPIO driver for Oracle Linux 7/8

Hi,
I am looking to read and write to:
GLGEN_GPIO_CTL[22]
GLGEN_GPIO_CTL[23]
GLGEN_GPIO_CTL[24]
GLGEN_GPIO_CTL[25]
and read to GLGEN_GPIO_STAT.
for c620 chipset Xeon D2166NT running on Oracle Linux. Is there existing driver on Oracle Linux 7/8? Or those driver needs to develop by the developers themself?
If yes, what is the path to that?
