Integrity check after Migration from Oracle to Jbase

Hello All,

I'm desperate and need urgent help. We currently have Oracle 9i. There is a migration of some table to a JBase database. The Oracle tables are transformed (formatted to match fields of JBase database) and stored in some temporary tables on Oracle 9i database.

One requirement for the migration is to check the integrity of the migrated data. Any idea if this can be done? or knows a tool which can do that.
