Integration with Hyperion Planning

Can somebody please tell me that how we can integrate transactional systems in place with Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

We have Oracle GL, HRMS and Project costing in place. We want to do a to and fro integration with all these systems for pushing budgets and extracting actual for controlling and variance reporting.

Suggest how we can achieve this???
